Terms of Service

These terms of use (ToU) define the conditions for accessing and using the Fyndit site and service.

Fyndit is a Vinted monitoring and decision-support tool, accessible mainly through Discord. It provides real-time alerts and automation features.

The service is offered in three plans: Free, Plus (€12.90/month) and Pro (€79.90/month).

Access to the service requires a Discord account. Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through the third-party provider Whop.

Payments are processed by Whop, a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown in euros. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user's Whop account; there is no minimum commitment period.

The service is a supply of digital content. Under the legal framework applicable to digital content, because performance may begin immediately after purchase, the user may be required to waive their right of withdrawal. This clause must be specified and validated by legal counsel.

Users undertake to use the service lawfully and to comply with the terms of Vinted, Discord and Whop.

Users are solely responsible for the configuration of their rules, sessions and purchases.

The service is provided "as is". Fyndit does not guarantee permanent availability, nor the absence of errors or interruptions, and cannot guarantee any particular result.

Using Fyndit guarantees no income or gain. Any results mentioned on the site are individual, non-representative and not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, Fyndit shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Fyndit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.

Fyndit may amend these terms at any time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the version in force.

These terms are governed by French law.
